Maison

We have a lovely 2 bedroom Montreal apartment in a safe and family friendly neighborhood! The apartment is on the second floor and is quite sunny. It has wood floors, kitchen with a counter for eating quick breakfasts and balcony for BBQ's, 2 bedrooms (one with a queen sized bed and the other with a twin size bed, small office space with double futon, bathroom, large living room and dining room. We have washing machine and dryer (in the basement). There's also wireless internet access in the apartment.

The apartment is centrally located minutes from downtown (10 by car or 20 by public transit) in the Monkland Village area.

Quartier

The area is fantastic. We have all the markets, cafe's and restaurants for our daily needs only a 2min walking distance from where we live. Our neighborhood is tree lined and mainly inhabited by young families and professionals. There are parks and outdoor pools nearby. The city center with all it's attractions, festivals, museums and shopping is 20 min away.

I am a 38 year old with a wonderful 12 year old daughter. I work as a project manager for a online game developer and have a background in art. We both are avid and experienced travelers. We speak French and Spanish but can understand Italian.

Destination

We are looking to visit New York City.
