Our home is a stunning bright and amazing space for anyone looking to explore the historic nations capital or just laze in the sun in the hot tub and bbbq in the lovely warm month of July.The house is arranged over four floors. Ground floor you have a large hallway living room leading through to an ample dining room seating eight through to a fantastic sunny kitchen with everything you need from state of the art kitchen aid double ovens to fridge/ wine chillers etc.Sep cloak room.The first floor has the large master bed/dressing room/second double bed/bathroom with separate shower/office. Second floor is one big open L shaped bedroom with double bed and single bed/play room ideal for children with its own separate large free standing bath. The garden is like a park its so big full of trees and flowers and very private including an eight person hot tub aswell as a treehouse and slides.The house keeper lives in the basement and has her own entrance who cleans once a week.

Quartier

The house is situated in the very quiet safe lovely area of Chevy chase 7 miles north of The White House. The area is populated by local families with supermarket/cinemas/lovely walks and great dining all within a ten minute radius. Rock creek is a beautiful park stretching miles of rivers and nature watching and walks.

We are a British family living here in Washington with two daughters who go to the local elementary school. Charles is a photogragher working for a major US magazine and is currently assigned to The White house. Catherine is an interior designer.
