Located at the end of a private cul-de-sac which backs up to the lagoon - a 3 minute walk to the prisitine white sand beach. Three bedrooms with queen beds, 1 with trundle bed - sleeps up to 8 people comfortably.

It is a secluded retreat for nature lovers, sports enthusists and families. Kiawah Island is widely hailed as one of the premier golf destinations on the east coast. The island features five award-winning golf courses designed by the likes of Jack Nicklaus, Gary Player, Tom Fazio, and Pete Dye. The courses snake along the skinny island, moving from the dense wooded interior of the island to the breezy oceanfront.


Along with over 40 miles of bike trails, there are two racquet clubs, a recreation center with a playground and nature center, and 10 miles of the most beautiful beach on the Altantic Coast! Quiet cul-de-sac with little traffic. We are visited by the island deer and can view alligatos in the lagoon at the back of the house. Great for bicycle riding and long walks on the beach. Within walking distance of market place shop and cafe for casual breakfast, lunch or dinner.

We are a empty-nest professional couple with a love of the arts. Our island home is an excape from the hectic city life yet allows the us history, culture and fine dining of Charleston within 30 minutes. We enjoy sharing our home with our friends for great fresh seafood dinners, sunset walks with wine on the beach and fantastic golfing.
