Come enjoy a spacious home in beautiful Park City, a historic mining town and resort nestled in the Wasatch mountains of Utah. We have sunny, open living space with 5 bedrooms, 7 baths, a well-equipped kitchen (including steam oven and built-in espresso machine), large basement area with a bar, home theatre system, table tennis, and air hockey game. Situated next to the town golf course and with nearby access to one of the country’s best hiking and biking trail networks, recreation is never far away! We have peaceful views from either the back deck or front porch to relax and enjoy, or you can quickly reach the enjoyable Old Town area by bike or bus, where there is always something going on.

The town and immediate surroundings offer a multitude of recreation opportunities (boating, fishing, hiking, road and mountain biking, ice skating, caving, rafting, to name a few) but if you are looking for more, we are perfectly located as a hub for getaways to beautiful destinations like the red rocks of Arches and Canyonland National Parks to the south, and Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks to the north. Salt Lake City, only 30 minutes away, has plenty to offer in cultural events, the Great Salt Lake, and historic landmarks.

Our home is very close to historic Old Town, a short bike or bus ride away. There is always something going on - festivals, concerts, plenty of restaurants, galleries, and pubs. We are also right next to the town golf course - very well-maintained, challenging, yet remarkably affordable. Several trailheads are also within 2 km to give access to miles and miles of hiking and mountain biking.

À propos de nous

We are a family of four, with a son, 12 years old, and a daughter, 9 years old. We are employed as a pharmacist and financial officer. All of us enjoy outdoor recreation, particularly skiing, hiking, cycling (road and mountain), and spending quality family time together. Karin, mom, is of German descent and is anxious to have the rest of the family immersed in a German-speaking setting for some time to help them take in some of the language!

Destination

We are hoping to have our kids participate in a ski racing camp during our stay, and so in keeping have been looking at the Tirol region of Austria.
