Maison

This is a beautiful 5 bedroom beach house that is directly on the beach in Long Island NY. The house is right by the North Shore vineyards. Accross the way is a 5 star restraunt, LaPlage. This house was redone about 2 years ago and is very up to date with high speed internet and flat screen tv's. We have on the beach a peddle boat,canoe,large island flaot in the water the can be used for tanning or jumped off for fun! There is fishing and a pool that is 24x12x4ft deep right next to the hot/cold shower.The house sleeps six very comfortably and there is a huge river rock fireplace. Absoluty breathtaking sunsets!!!!!!!

Quartier

The neighborhood that this beach house is located in is so family friendly and peacefull. To wake up in morning with your cup of coffee/tea and sit on the deck on the beach is just wonderful. The sunsets at the end of your day are amazing. You could take long walks on the beach and come back to your own beach house. In the winter months its just as amazing. You could go to the vineyards which are only about 7 minutes away and bring a bottle of your favorite wine back and sit in front of the huge river rock fireplace while still being able to view the beach at the opposite side of the room. Wake up in the morning facing the beach in the most comfortable king size bed. You will never forget your stay here. I know I never do and I have had this house for two years as my second home and I still get amazed!

À propos de nous

We are a family of six and like to travel. Our children who are 7,11,15 and 18 are very well behaved. Well most of the time, HA HA. They know how to respect others and there privacy. We do not get to travel much, so when we do we would like it to be somewhere where we could bond and have fun together as a family. We work very hard all week, we both work for Chrysler and we also rent out our beach houses all year. Mainly in the summer and it gets very hectic at times but we love it and love meeting all the different families from all over the world. My 18 year old daughter goes to college and also works at a doctors office so it is very hard to schedule her in. Thats why its very important to us that we spend as much quality time as we can when we vacation together!

Destination

This exchange could deffinitly be a non-simultaneous one. This is our second home . I must say it would be much easier to swap my home between the monthes of November through May only because we do rent it out and this is a very popular beach house and does get fully booked in the summer. We will do our best to fulfill any dates wanted!! We are pretty open for any destination. We just want to have a great family getaway. Easy flights from NY would be great considering there are 6 of us. The beach, shopping, sight seeing, hiking and pool would be great. But like I said please let us know what you have to offer and let us decide. We will consider and are open to everything!
