Maison

Our House is located in a small Catalan Village situated A5 kms from the sea (Argelès), 15 kms from Perpignan, 15 kms from the Spanish Border.
It is an old barn, restored in 2008, offering 150m² living space. It has 2 toilets, office, storage, open -fully furnished- kitchen, living room, bathroom (bath/shower), 3 bedrooms that offers comfortably sleeps for 6 !
and .... a gorgious roof terrace that offers view over the village and the Albères !
There is Wifi connection everywhere in the house, TV, Hifi, Dishwasher, .... all the modern comfort you will need !

Quartier

Our house is very well located ! 15 kms from Perpignan, 15 kms from the sea, 15 kms from the Spanish Border ... near to Céret, Elne, Thuir and oter loverly places in the south of France !
Even nice for a daytrip are Figueres, Girona and barcelona !
There are so many things to do, places to discouver even if you like the calm or the busy world !!
Very nice to visit .. only a few steps from our barn ... Musée des vins !!
and don't forget to try the local wine and gastronomy !

À propos de nous

We are both 45 years old. Living in France in a recent renovated barn. we have 3 children (19 - 17 and 11 years old). The two oldest children left France for there study so for a swap we are ... only 3 !
we are born to travel ... so "open" for every destination and period ! we are not only swapping during school holidays cause our youngest child is home schooled !
