Maison

Our house is bright and airy and is very private. We have an enclosed garden of 1 acre and the conservatory leads to a lovely shady patio area where you can enjoy the lovely view.
We have a trampoline,swings,a slide and a tree house in the garden for children and with two double bedrooms en suite,a spacious living room,a beautiful sun room and a large kichen with dishwasher,fridgefreezer,double oven,utility room with washing machine and tumbler drier and second fridgefeezer for ice and drinks in summer. We have a large selection of board games,books,cds,dvds. Playstation and Wii, XBox Kinnect, Sky Sports Full SkyTv plus Sky Sports.

Quartier

We live in a lovely scenic area beside a river where you can go fishing. We also live beside Ballyallia Lake which has a nature walk and picnic area.
Ennis town is five minutes by car and has many lovely boutiques,restaurants and many traditional irish pubs. In July/august there are many traditional music festivals and there is a wonderful farmers market every Friday and Saturday. There is surfing in Lahinch,(25mins).Limerick, Galway and the Burren (40mins),Dromoland Castle(15mins)Bunratty Castle and folk Park (20mins).Lovely beaches (40mins).
We live fifteen minutes from Shannon Airport. And two hours from Cork port,where Britanny Ferries comes in from Roscoff in France!

We are a family of four. James is 50 and works in civil engineering.I am 45 and work at home and we have Mark 14 and Rachel 9,both in school. We are interested in reading,chess,sport,painting,gardening and music.I paint and write.We are also interested in cooking and gastronomique,which is why we love France!

We speak English,Gaeilge and Very POOR French!!!!!!
