Maison

Northern N.S.W beach side town, surrounded by national parks, great for SURFING fishing, walking, canoeing, cycling, swimming, running. The apartment is on the top floor, and over looks the river and a one hundred metre walking trail to the beach along the riverbank. This is our holiday apartment and we are able to exchange year round. We are a couple, keen to travel.

Quartier

Apartment is situated in town, within walking distance to supermarkets, restuarants, cafes and eateries, fishing boats and fish co-op are a short pleasant stroll across the bridge on the other side of the river. There is very little traffic in town,cycle ways, walk ways, beaches, national parks and river are all within seconds of this luxury appartment. Within half- one hours drive you have Ballina, Byron Bay, Lennox Head and the Gold coast, many other hinterland locations ideal for holiday adventuring all.

We are keen to travel between May and August each year, anywhere,we are happy to allow exchanges to our apartment and for us to travel at a a latter date.
We will be travelling for 2 months every June and July and would ideally like to organise some exchanges we are flexible with lenght of exchange in various locations- non simultaneous if possible.LOOKING FOR TRAVEL OPTIONS FOR 2012.

Destination

We are exchanging a luxury sea side holiday apartment and are able to exchange our apartment at any time, we are able to travel between May-August any year. In the year 2012, we are open to anywhere. The town where the apartment is situated is surrounded by national park, and has beautiful beaches down a short walking trail, and overlooks a river. The lively town boasts several eateries, cafes, restuarants, supermarkets, bakeries all within seconds of your front door. The apartment is top floor penthouse, in a new facility with a cafe on the bottom floor.
