We are 200m from an endless unspoiled beach.

The house has 3 lovely bedrooms (2 available for home exchange), 2 bathrooms & toilet & shower outside, and large indoor/outdoor living area, an office, and 2-car garage.

This is a friendly family beach neighborhood with lotsa beach, walking/biking trails and nature walks. There is also a couple of alfresco coffe/lunch/dining areas within walking distance.

My wife and I live in our self designed beach bungalow and operate several small business from home. Mainly my wife is very active in our consulting business and sits on a US based international Board, and I am semi retired but very active in operating our property portfolio business as well as importing and restoring classic cars.
