Maison

Our family home in situated in the center of a spanish village called Moraleda de Zafayona, we are 20 mins from Granada airport or one hour from malaga and 45 mins from the famous sierra nevada for ski-ing. we have excellent views from our upstairs terrace, normal size living room, 2/3 bedrooms, kitchen and breakfast room, and 1 bathroom with bath and shower. downstairs we have a very large garage, outside terrace with bar and barbaque and private swimming pool, there is also a shower room.
This house is equiped with A/C for the hot summer months and ceiling fans in the bedrooms, the house was renovated 4 years ago so everything is new, electrics etc. we have oil central heating for the winter and an electric boiler for the summer.
The village is a lovely place very friendly people and helpfull, there are lots of shops, bars and cafe, all in wlaking distance, there is also 2 hotels and a hostal.

Quartier

there is public transport everyday, lots of view points in the village, 2 primary schools and 1 newly built high school, we have a saturday market and on a sunday there is a british car boot sale. We now also have an indian restaurant and take away. We are one hour from the coast, but in Granada centre there is lots to see and do visit the Alhambra palace it is the most visited place in spain.

we are a family of 4, we have a son who is 22 months and a daughter who is 3 months, my husband is a H,G,V, driver who is currently employed by an irish firm, this is why we would like to house sway maybe for 4-5 months to see if we would like to live in ireland. We moved here 4 years ago and prier to that in scotland.
