First floor includes open-plan kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances, lounge, mudroom, laundry room/half-bath, piano parlor, in-law bedroom, and 3/4 guest bath.
Second floor includes one master bedroom and two children's bedrooms, plus newly renovated full bath and small office.
Third floor includes TV room, mini-kitchen, guest room, and updated 3/4 bath.
Large fenced-in backyard with patio, driveway, and full front porch.

Family-friendly, walkable neighborhood. One block from public parks, playground, and tennis courts; Farmer's Market; and trolley to local beaches.
10-minute walk to Market Square and downtown Portsmouth, plus historic homes and gardens, and scenic harbor. 20 minute walk to public, harbor-side swimming pool--suitable for all ages (also a trolley destination).
10-minute drive to local malls and Kittery, Maine discount shopping outlets.
Easy drive down New Hampshire's scenic coastline. Also an easy drive over the bridge and up the Maine coastline.
45-minute drive south to Boston or north to Portland, Maine.

À propos de nous

Home is owned by designer/builder husband and artist/teacher wife. Family also includes two boys, 3 and 10, wife's mom, and Tibetan Terrier, Alice.
Garage and art studio outbuilding, plus home addition and renovations are collaborative designs by the owners.

Destination

We also own a home in Nova Scotia, and would be willing to include that as part of the swap, especially if it eased and travel/date conflicts.
