Maison

We offer you a cosy house (150m2) with a small secluded garden (50m2). Our home is located in Oud-Zuid, a quiet and shady 19th century neighborhood within close distance of the lively city center of Amsterdam.

On the ground flour you'll find an ensuite living room and a kitchen. On the second flour there is the main bedroom with a comfortable Hastens double bed, a study, a baby bedroom and a bathroom. The baby bedroom will accommodate a child up to ± 3 years old. The bathroom is equipped with a bath and shower.

Our garden is small but lush and secluded and offers you a nice refuge on warm days.

Within a few minutes walk you'll find the museum square (a.o van Gogh museum), the renowned Concertgebouw (the city's main concert hall), The Vondelpark and numerous restaurants, café's and shops. A small supermarket can be found across the street.

You are welcome to use our 2 bicycles to discover the city by bike and feel like a local (children's seat available).

We're a 40 years old couple with a small child (2 years old). We work as an independent coach and internet designer. We love both culture and nature and are looking forward to discover more destinations from a local home base.
We speak English, Dutch, German, Spanish and French.

Destination

We are open for an exchange for a week or more somewhere in July or August.
