Maison

Our home is close to Melbourne's CBD has been renovated less than six months ago. It offers a bright and airy outlook onto a small garden with fruit trees and an outdoor deck area under vines. One modern bathroom plus another separate toilet in the laundry. Kitchen has all new European appliances including dishwasher, oven, gas stove, large fridge, microwave and a lovely outlook onto the garden. One double bedroom and another that sleeps three children. The children's bedroom has two single beds and a cot. We can easily remove the children's beds and add a double bed on request. There is a separate play room for children with a sofa-bed also. We have two separate lounge areas. Digital television, sound system and DVD. The garden does not require work as we have watering systems in place. We have no pets to take care and you are welcome to use our car.

Quartier

Our neighbourhood is very friendly and quiet with a blend of young families and older residents. A ten-minute walk will take you to shops, good cafes and restaurants and the train station with direct line to the CBD 10 kms away. A large supermarket 5 minutes drive away. A 15 minute drive will take you to swimming beaches.

We are a family of five. Fiona (mother) is a Clinical Psychologist, Gavin (father) is a Criminal Lawyer, Ella and Lily are twins aged 4 and Nina aged 18 months. When we are not working we enjoy spending time in our home with our children, cooking and entertaining friends, reading, camping, travel and adventures. We understand the importance of one's home being more than just a house and we will look after your home as if it were our own.
