Maison

Our home is a perfect example of upscale Northern Californian living with a location that allows you to be in San Francisco, Lake Tahoe and the Napa Valley all within an hour, or just over! The house itself is two-story luxury home that sits directly on "Land Park" with privacy in mind when designed. The interior has recently been completely remodeled to reflect a modern but traditional look. No expense was spared during the remodel. As you can see from the pictures, a professional designer was consulted for furniture, art and living space appointments. The home is just under 3000 sq. ft.
The backyard has a full-sized pool with an over-sized heater and a large diving board. The backyard is private and lush with a full outdoor kitchen including grill and burners, refrigerator and outdoor dining for eight people. There is also a two-car garage.
Sacramento is the capital of california and is warm and sunny all throughout the summer months. From May to September the California sun shines every day, with virtually little to no rain. Sacramento is also just three hours away from Yosemite National Forest, one of America's most beautiful national parks which boasts some of the best hiking, camping and mountain climbing in America. San Francisco is 89 miles away and speaks for itself as one of the Worlds' top destinations for tourists. The Napa Valley is about 75 miles away and boasts THE BEST wine tasting in America. Napa also has some of the best Spa's in the world.

This house comes with the option for a stop at our two bedroom condo on Siesta Key, Fl, which was rated by Conde Naste as one of the top five beaches in the world. Siesta Key is a mile off the coast of Sarasota Florida.

Sitting in the garage is a 1965 Ford Mustang Shelby GT-350 and newer Porsche 911 Twin Turbo (996 turbo). These cars are optional and will be available if similar exotics are offered by other party. Also available is a 2007 luxury SUV with seating for 8 people.

This two story home has a picture perfect view of William Land Park. The area known as "Land Park" is Sacramento's premier neighborhood housing most of Sacramento's politicians, lawyers, doctors and business elite. Only about 50 luxury homes sit directly on the Park as this one does. The Park itself is about 200 square acres and has a 9-hole golf course, fishing ponds and lakes, multiple childrens' playgrounds, four baseball fields, three duck ponds and old growth foliage and trees. It also has a jogging path over 6 miles long with 20 "workout stations" along the path to workout different body parts as you walk though this beautiful park.

Land Park is one of the safest and cleanest neighborhoods in Northern California. There is fine dining, an ice cream shop, grocery store, drug store, fish market and clothing and jewelry stores all within a short walk from the home. The home is very private and the neighbors are well-educated and very nice.

Land Park is within a mile or two of the Capital of California, Old-town Sacramento, mid-town Sacramento, the Downtown Plaza, 'K' Street Mall, and all of the shopping and dining elegance that goes with this major metropolitan area. You will not be disappointed with the home or neighborhood- it is California Living at its very, very Best!

Most of the homes that sit directly on Land Park have a range in value of somewhere between $1.5 and $3 million, even in this depressed housing market.

I am a local attorney and my wife is a school teacher. We have lived in Sacramento for over a decade and have lived only in Land Park for the entirety of that time. I speak only English but my wife speaks English and Polish.

We have family in both the United kingdom and Poland and are looking to vacation a month or two out of the summer of 2009. Our dates are flexible but we could not leave to Europe any earlier than June 15, 2009 and would need to be home no later than August 15, 2009 (when my wife gets out of, and has to return to, her duties as a kindergarten teacher).

Of particular interest to us would be a luxury flat in or near London England, or a luxury home near Lublin, Poland or on the Baltic Sea. But, we are open to other similar situated properties around the United Kingdom, France, Germany and greater Europe.


Destination

We have family in both London, England and Lublin, Poland. Therefore, the ideal setup would be a trade for a flat in central London or luxury home just outside of London (i.e. Potter's Bar, England) or a flat or luxury home near Lublin, Poland or, preferavbly, on or near the Baltic sea so that we can have a holiday on the beach in Poland.
