House in a lovely quite village 4km from the historic town of Kells.
There are 2 pubs and shops within walking distance.
We have horseriding within walking distance.
The headfort championship golfcousre is 4km away.
Navan racecourse 19km.
Fishing close by, we are very close to the lovely lakes of Cavan & the river boyne.
Dublin is only 70km away, about 1 hour drive.
Other attractions close by: Fairyhouse race couse, Newgrange, Hill of Tara, Slane castle, Moynalty park close by with free outdoor tennis courts.
Open fire in living room aswell as underfloor heating for the times you are too lazy to light a fire. Central heating throughout the house
All mod cons, sky tv, tv's in 2 bedrooms.
Wireless broadband.
40 inch LCD in living room, with in built pc and wireless keyboard.
Dishwasher & washing machine.
Master bedroom is ensuite and also has sky tv.
1 downstairs bathroom and 2 upstairs.
Large garden with garden furniture and bbq, sun loungers.
Parking.
Have a selection of board games, including scrabble and trivial pursuit and extensive dvd collection for those cosy nights in front of the fire.

The house is in a very peacful neighbourhood.
We have 2 charming local pubs in the village as well as 2 grocery stores.
This is a outdoor lovers paradise.
We are within easy reach of many tourist attractions including:

Kells
Slane castle
Navan racecourse
Fairyhouse racecourse
Fishing in numerous lakes and rivers.
Equestrian centre within walking distance for the horse lovers and riders, lessons avalible.

I am a 34 year old proffesional lady who lives alone.
I am originally from Nottingham but moved to Ireland 13 years ago, I spent 10 years living in Dublin and then decided I wanted to move away from the city and enjoy the quite life in the countryside.
I have a large car and a child booster seat that can also be included in the swap.
I am very well travelled and would consider a swap almost anywhere and I am also very flexible, let me know when your dates are and Ill see can I arrange a swap, would consider swapping anytime of the year to go to warm sunny climates.
I have already had one home exchange in Australia.
I am particularly interested in the cote d'azur region of France.

I am looking for a swap in the south of France close to Antibes.
April/May time is good.
