Maison

Hi,

The flat I am living in is a one room size with a big separated kitchen (Where there is a washing machine). It is quite large for Paris, there is a space to sleep and another one to live, perfect for a couple, although the couch can be converted to bed too. I am on the 8th floor (yes, there is an elevator) with a big balcony and no opposite. The view is really nice and the area is really calm.
The metro is five to ten minutes away from the flat and the area is one of the best served in Paris (four metro lines and a RER one). The building is very clean as we have a nice woman keeping it that way everyday.

Internet (ethernet connection) is available but my computer won't be here. A free land line is available too, you are free to call any land line in France.

It is a very nice place to live in. Very calm and cosy.

Quartier

My next door neighbors are two old couples very nice and charming.
You can find many markets and shops around the flat (it is actually standing between two supermarkets) and there is a very big clothes shop ten minutes away.
One of the famest cimetery is 15 minutes away, it is a huge place incredibly beautifull.
You can find very nice bars around the corner but as you are less than 20 minutes from the very center, good places are definitly not hard to find.
There is a school opposite to the building but most of the time, you don't hear anything as children are kept inside for their breaks during winter.

I am a 24 years old woman, (about to celebrate her 25th in NZ), working as unit manager's assistant both for television and cinema.
My mother is an english teacher at University of Avignon, specialized on NZ civilization (my love for NZ comes from her). My father is an engineer (around environement), living near Paris. My little sister is studying medecine (third year).
I discovered New Zealand 7 years ago and felt in love with that country instantly. I mostly know Wellington but I would like to live in Auckland as most of my friends are now living here.

Destination

For my part, the dates are not really flexible although you can definitly come earlier (I can easely stay at a friend's)

I am looking for a place in Auckland.
