The house is built in a French Provincial style. It consists of entrance hall, formal lounge, formal dining room, leading to a large open plan family room, living room, dining area and kitchen. The ground floor also has a double and two single bedrooms, bathroom and laundry. Patio doors open onto alfresco area, barbecue and a small pool. Top floor has a sitting room (parents retreat), master bedroom with ensuite bathroom; shower and jucuzzi bath. Reverse cycle airconditioning/ heating throughout. Double garage and two cars, can be made available by arrangement.

Quartier

This area has all anyone would need to have a very comfortable holiday, it is an attractive area in an attractive city. Houses and gardens are a real pleasure to see with the variety of native and tropical plants that can be grown here. Roselea estate is a fairly new area surrounded by established housing. It features an arificial lake that attracts water birds and is set in landscaped gardens. It is ideally situated for access into Perth, the beach and shopping areas.

A 5 min walk takes you to bus stops with regular bus services. The railway station and freeway into the city are 2-3 minutes drive away. Perth city is 10 minutes drive on the freeway. Trigg beach with picnic and barbecue facilities is 10 mins drive. There is a good quality restaurant there where you can enjoy good food and watch the sunset over the ocean.

There are several parks with childrens' play areas nearby. Several local shops are within walking distance with a small shopping precinct 2-3 minutes drive away. The larger shopping centres of Morley, Karrinyup, Innaloo and Norhtlands which will provide all the shopping you are likely to need are all within 10-15 mintes drive.

I am a retired QA Manager from the oil and gas industry. My wife and I retired from Scotland to Perth two years ago to be with our daughter and grandchildren. My daughter has two children; a girl aged 7 and a boy aged 10 who will be accomanying us on our visit to Scotland.
