Maison

Our home is 3 levels. There are 3 bedrooms on the top floor, a kitchen, living and dining room on the main floor and a 2 bedroom suite with it's own kitchen in the basement. There are two bathrooms on the top floor, one of which is an ensuite to the master bedroom. The main floor has a powder room and there is a full bathroom in the suite too. We have a large garden which is fully fenced so perfect to let the little ones run around. On the main floor there's a TV, DVD and stereo. The kitchen is fully equipped and has an eating area. There is also a back deck with gas BBQ and a pretty veranda out the front.

Quartier

We are located in the Kerrisdale area of Vancouver's westside. We are a short walk (5 mins) to shops, parks, transportation, restaurants, community centre, parks. The beaches of Kitsilano etc. are about a 10 min car ride away.

À propos de nous

We are a family of four. My husband and I have 2 children, Jack 5 and Tommy 2. We also have a dog who will be having sleepovers while we are away. Therefore our home is very kid friendly but also is appropriate accommodation for those without children.

Destination

We are hoping to find a property somewhere between Twickenham and Essex, on the south side of the M25. Our dates are not flexible as we are attending a wedding. Our minivan will also be included in the swap if a vehicle is available at our destination.
