Large spacious house two large comfortable bed rooms one small. king size beds and a single.large kitchen well equipped. Dish washer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Dinning room in cellar, for those hot summer days or a nice evening in with friends. Two sitting rooms with lovely large sofas (can be used as single beds). A suitable house for all including young children (can supply a cot if nec). All woodern floors, central heating through out large enclosed gas fire, fans for every room if necessary in summer. 1 bathroom with shower and bath 1st floor. Toilet and sink on ground floor. The inventory includes all towels, flannels, hair dryers, iron, micro wave, TV, radios. Lots of crockery cutlery and kitchen utentils. The house is about 120 years old with many original features. Front court yard garden, children can play in the very quiet street at the front of the house. There are no roads around the actual house. The imediate area has two large Parks, Catholic catherdral, theatre,restarant, shopping malls.
Local shops comprise of: bank, super mkt, florist, art gallery, butcher, fish monger, green grocer, wine merchant, Indian, Chinese, Cantonese takeaway and bakery, these are a two minute walk.
The house is 15 minute drive from norwich airport and train station, 40 minutes from the coast, 3 hrs from London (or 1hr 50 by train). Bus stop at the end of the street for all destinations. The area in which we live is very cosmopolitan.
Norwich a fine city is often called a city within an orchard. Many important land marks and very old houses and streets. And a markets dating back hundreds of years.
The car we drive is a Renualt Scenic,nice condition and runs well.

Quartier

The area is very qaint, its nice to be out of the traffic and yet within walking distance of the centre of the city. Its a nice safe area with lots of nice people walking the major roads especially at night which makes one feel safe. People are always most helpful. Parking is very good in Norwich. Rush hour lasts about an hour in the moring and evening after these times the roads are quite quiet. The air is always very clean.. We like to sit out and use a lot of the amenities in the area.

My husband and I live with our 11 year old daughter. We know quite a lot about the area as we used to let holiday properties in Norwich. We have plumbers, cleaners and baby sitters that would offer their services if required. We have lived abroad a lot and would like to go to Spain,in order that we could learn the language. We would be interested to exchange for a few weeks or longer and can swap at any time.
