This really is one of the most beautiful houses in the area. Over 1700m2 built and on a plot of 4500m2 it boasts everything from a stunning infinity pool, private tennis court and fully equipped gym to live in maid service and beautiful Christians kitchen.

It has 7 bedrooms (1 is used for storage during exchange or rental)all ensuite, the master bedroom has 2 bathrooms and 2 dressing rooms along with its own sitting room.Down stairs you will find a snug room, a drawing room, a dining room, a banquet hall, an office with computer access, a kitchen/diner, butlers pantry and a utility room as well as 2 guest cloak rooms. In the basement there is a fully equipped gym and shower room. This is also fitted with a plasma TV on the wall and 10 seater sofa.

The stunning landscape gardens contain the 105m2 infinity pool! Honestly! A tennis court with a Gazeebo and spectator area. There is also 40m2 pool house equipped with BBQ area, toilet and changing facilities.

The live in maid lives in her own seperate 2 bed accomodation, and there is garaging for 6 cars. N. B. we are happy to exchange a car or 2!

Quartier

Set in one of the most exclusive developments in the area, with only a short stroll to the beach. The house is completely private, entered by private electric gates and set in 1 acre of grounds. Surrounded by large properties in similar sized gardens.

Guadalmina itself has a shopping centre with supermarket and restaurants, which is within walking distance or a short drive. The famous Puerto Banus marina with all its exclusive designer shops and restaurants is within 10 minutes drive and the beautiful historic town of Marbella is just 15mins away.

Golf, Golf and more golf! There are 45 holes of golf within the Guadalmina development, and over 20 course within a 30minute drive, all can be played on by the public with varying costs.

N. B. Our year round climate is very similar to that of Southern California, although the mediteranean sea is substantially warmer!

My wife and I live in this beautiful home for most of the year, but as we have business interests in other parts of the world, we travel extensively.

We would like to take this opportunity of exchanging our home for a similar sized quality property to accommodate all our family, including 10 adults and 2 children.

We are mainly interested in winter skiing properties or destinations in the USA or South America or the Caribbean.

Destination

It would be possible to have a non -simultaneous exchange, this would have to be arranged.

As stated we are most interested in skiing in Colorado.
