This is a beautiful house built in 2000 with all appliances including washer, dryer and dishwasher. Mid-sized backyard with tall fence for privacy and quiet neighbors. One master bedroom with walk-in closet and guest room. Computer with high-speed internet and cable television. Kids can enjoy the Xbox 360 and computer games. Our vehicle is a 2002 Chevrolet Trailblazer that can easily fit a family of 5.

The house rests right on the border of Clearwater and Dunedin, a beautiful Scottish town with a historical Main Street with pubs, museums, galleries, gift shops, etc. It is also just down the street from Clearwater Harbor and 15 minutes from famous Clearwater Beach. There is a pharmacy only a block away and a grocery store only 5 minutes away. The location 30 minutes from St. Petersburg and Tampa, and 1 hour from Orlando (Disney World, Universal Studios, and Sea World).

This is a lovely couple who make a living as a bartender and a caregiver. Tristan just got out of the United States Marine Corps and wants to travel the world on his own time while Petra was born and raised in the Czech Republic and is looking forward to visiting home in Europe.
