Maison

On offer are two properties, an apartment on the second floor in MOSTA and a penthouse in ZEBBUG. Both are brand new, with an area of over 85 square meters each. There is a plasma TV with cable as well wireless internet access throughout the properties. The apartment is airconditioned. Both properties have front and back balconies which are ideal to spend some time relaxing and having a drink. The kitchens are well equipped, all with modern appliances. The penthouse terrace enjoys a spectacular view of the silent city Mdina and many firework shows on display during the summer months. It is also equipped with a BBQ.

Both properties have an elevator.

Since these are not our primary homes we are open to swaps at different dates!!!

Quartier

The properties are in two seperate typical Maltese villages, Zebbug and Mosta. They are both situated in quiet streets. They are approximately 30 minutes by car away from Malta's most popular beaches. The village squares, just five-ten minutes away on foot offer a number of bars, shops and restaurants. There is also a weekly open market in the squares, both offering Maltese produce.

Since these are not our primary homes we are open to swaps at different dates!!!

I am twenty three years old and currently working as a junior architect. My partner, Jan, is twenty eight years old and works in IT. One of our hobbies is travelling, however I truly wish we could do it more often. I am also an art and jazz lover, and never miss out on visiting museums or jazz clubs when I'm abroad.

Destination

We are looking of a one bedroom apartment or studio in the heart of Paris to spend New Years Eve. Preferably the apartment has a view and is close to the metro.
