My home is located 1/4 mile from the Village of Wilmington. It's a Very Quiet neighborhood and I have a view of Haystack Mt. and only 4 miles to Mt Snow. It's an easy walk to the Village for an evening of dinning and a pleasent walk back home. I have like new Stove, and Refrig. a dishwasher,and washer and dryer. It's a 2 bedroom with 1 bathroom. I also have a 230 sq.ft. Sun Porch that has a gas powered Fireplace. Anyone interested in a New England Ski vacation would find this Very attractive.
