Maison

I live on the 6th floor walk up under the roof in 1930s building.
At the entrance there is a digital code

It is a two rooms flat (37 m2), full of light on the 6th floor under the roof in 1930s building (WIFI equipment).

A bedroom with a great view on the Parisian roves with a comfortable queen size bed and desk.
A living room (TV with cable, books, DVD, music), the kitchen (hob, fridge), and the bathroom (bath, toilet, hair dryer) with a view on the Eiffel Tower... it's so beautiful at night when it's shinning!

Quartier

My apartment is located rue Mademoiselle in the 15th area, near the Saint Lambert Garden, the public library, and the Blomet swimming pool.

It's a 10 minutes walk to the Champs de Mars and the Eiffel Tower.

The neighbourhood is in a quiet, residential area, within walking distance of shopping and entertainment.
There are a primary school, laundry, restaurants in the street and around: a pharmacy, food shops, cinemas…
There are also delicious boulangeries et patisseries (croissants, bread, cakes!!!), Cheese factory and Bio glocery, and Chinese, Italian, French traiteur (deli) where you can take all you need if you don’t want to cook (can also home delivery) or want to cook somethong special…

Very well served by transport (3 minutes to walk): buses 80 (go to Champs Elysée, Montmartre...), 89 (go to Sorbonne..), 88, 39, 70 (go to Hotel de ville, Marais...) and subway: Sèvres-Lecourbe Line 6 (Champs Elysée…), Commerce Line 8 (Opéra…), Emile Zola Line 10, Vaugirard Line 12 (Tour Montparnasse, Pigalle).

À propos de nous

I will begin a new job in Paris in december and will have to use english very frequently to organize meeting with foreign producers and journalists for a French films corporation that is why i plan to go in NYC (2-27 november).

I look for a swap from the 10th (or 17th or 24th) of november for 7 or 14 or 21) days.
FLEXIBLE EXCHANGE OK

I will prospect NYC Galleries (for my sculptures and drawings), and have a half-time english courses or find a job or be volontaree (to practice english).

I usualy work in film industry but also as a painter and sculpter;
I am found of arts and music.
(I need to be clean for my drawings (ink…)).

Destination

I plan to go to New York in November (2-27 november).
Look for a swap between the 11 th and 27th of november.

I would like to swap my apartment in Paris flat for one in Manhattan(or other secure area) or find hospitality (for part of the period).

All other transactions will be also considering (Non simultaneous exchange OK, taking care of childen or else (half time)…)
