Lovely spacious year round home with all modern conveniences. Jacuzzi tub. Woncerful porches with fabulous views of ocean, pond and conservation land. Nearby working farm for fresh vegetables and prepared foods. Local fish market and brewery/winery. Best surfing beach! Four miles from Nantucket town with its renowned restaurants and shops. The island offers whale watches, museums, fishing, birding. We are two local professionals who enjoy travel. This is a second home set up as a very successful rental and makes for an easy exchange. We love the house with its open comfortable feel. Great kitchen/hang out area with cable TV and gas fireplace. Best of all: five minute walk to magnificent Atlantic beach.

Quiet & peaceful neighborhood, but easy access to everything. No need to go to town with local farm & fishstore. Incomparable sunsets!

À propos de nous

I am a local physician, working the the Emergency Department of our small island hospital. Co-owner is a psychologist on island. We both speak English as a first language. I also speak some French. We love to travel !

Destination

We would certainly consider a non-simultaneous exchange. We are looking for a property in Manhattan for a family event occurring from Dec 3rd 2008 to Dec 10, 2008. These dates correspond to the wonderful Nantucket Stroll, which is a destination holiday event on our beautiful island.
