Maison

We have a modern detached 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom family home, with 2 comfortable living areas, one of which has cathedral ceilings.

Relax in the cosy kitchen & dinning area. The 3 bedrooms are all doubles, with the main bedroom fitted with an ensuite bathroom and walk-in robe. The house has all modern convieniences including wireless broadband internet, fully ducted air conditioning, separate WC and laundry with a dryer.

Our beautiful home is situated on a corner block, with a front garden and a large, secluded rear garden containing an outdoor entertainment area fitted with a pitched roof and cafe blinds: ideal for a BBQ, which is also newly purchased.

We also have a 2 berth caravan which we are willing for an exchanger to use.

Quartier

We live in a very quiet neighbourhood with no through traffic. We are just 2 mins by car from the beautiful Indian Ocean and glorious beaches, for which Perth is famous.

The train station is also only 2mins by car which takes you directly to Perth city or the Mandurah holiday resort town, only 1hr ride from Perth. Beautiful Fremantle is also just a train ride away.

The local shopping area, with restaurants and a large cinema is also only a 2 minute car ride, and there's 2 major shopping malls within a 10 minute drive from our home.

This really is an ideal location. Visit the many holiday attractions Western Australia has to offer: WA's oldest wine region (just 45 minutes from our house), picturesque country towns, and the truly stunning beaches and coves of the South West of Western Australia.

À propos de nous

We are David and Eileen now both retired and very active. We were hoteliers for many years in the UK before emigrating. On arriving in Australia Eieen went into the airline industry and David ran his own business.

We have adult children living in Perth as well as Spain and UK. Hence the wish to do home exchange.

Our interests are caravaning, beaching, reading, travel, entertaining with friends and our family. We lead a very open air life.

We would want to car exchange as well.

Destination

We are quite open with tavel dates but prefer at least 4-6weeks per exchange.
looking to stay somewhere not to far from Bath say 1hr. Also would enjoy time in Cornwall.
