my midtown studio is centrally located with downtown views: 4 blocks to Japantown; 6 blocks to Fillmore st; 8 blocks to SF symphony Hall, SF ballet/Opera Theatre and SF City Hall, Asian Art Museum, SF Public Library, Yoshi's Jazz Club; 15 mins to Union Square, Russion Hill, Nob Hill, Pacific Heights; 30 mins to North Beach, Fisherman's Wharf, Chinatown, Little Italia, SFMOMA, 7 mins drive to Golden Gate Bridge. all of these locations are reachable by the public transportation (muni 2, 3, 38, 47 and 49) right in front of the building. the Whole Foods market is 4 blocks away.

the building ( http://danielburnhamcrt.com/ ) is a condominium community with 9 residential floors, plus two commercial floors. it's a 24/7 secured building. the facilities in the building include: well-equipped gym, heated pool, sauna, jacuzzi, laundry room and garbage disposal. a Japanese hair stylist and massage service is also in the building.

my studio is about 562 square feet, with a king size bed, full kitchen (fridge, microwave, dish washer, oven), tv/blu-ray player, wireless internet access, 1 full bathroom with shower, and a patio with a view.

within 10 blocks walk, you will have over 30 restaurants, and 3 movie theatres to choose from.
