My nice 70m2 appartment for rent in Utrecht is on 1st and 2nd floor of 2floorbuilding. The appartment has a big livingroom, open kitchen with modern equipment such as dishwasher and microwave/oven. Balcony on southside.
Upstairs I have two large bedrooms, one with double bed and one room can be prepared with another (one person)bed if necessary. The new bathroom has a shower and second toilet.
The appartment is close to the citycenter in nice, quiet neighbourhood, close to the river. You can use my two bikes and you'll be in the citycenter in five minutes!

I would like to go to another European /American city during the Christmas break. I am flexible from december 18th 'till saturday 3th of january 2009.

Quartier

I live in a quiet neighbourhood with families and young urban people.
By bike you are in the centre of town in 5 minutes. I have two bikes so you can borrow them. Utrecht is a loverly old city canals, lots of old buildings, restaurants and pubs.
Amsterdam is only 35 minutes away (22 minutes by train).

I am a single female in begin 30s. I would like to go to another European /American city during the Christmas break. I am flexible from december 18th 'till saturday 3th of january 2009.I would love to come to your place with two adult persons.
