Entirely refreshed in september 2007 with all the modern standards.
As our daughter is born in may 2008, we have everything to welcome a baby !

20 mn walking distance from the pompidou art center.

2 good groceries open 7 days a week until midnight (except on monday) at 30 meters.

many bus stations (among them the 96 going straight to st germain des près through le marais)

I am an artist (www.davidsaltiel.com) ; my wife is a movie producer. Lou, our daughter, is born in may 2008. I live in this place since 1995.
