Our home is a lovey moden and well cared for home with a beautiful native wood fully fitted kitchen with polised wooden floors as is the Dining area.
The house has a two sided deck one of which has a ramp for the infirmed and is ideal for bbq's overlooking wonderful rolling hills and pasturland north facing to the sun and maybe a cow or two as your neighbours, it is set in a quarter acre garden it has a seperate bathroom with vanity and toilet and a shower room with vanity and toilet.
A very large lounge and 3 good sized double bed rooms with a seperate laundry room
it is fully furnished with moden and near new furniture.

Quartier

The Village in the Valley as it is known by the locals has a typical Kiwi Pub, and all the shops that one would expect in a village situation, each alternate Saturday it houses a Farmers Market and has a lovely walking area into the native bush.
We are just 8 minutes drive to the world famous Kauri museum and to the Kaipara Harbour
for sailing and swimming at the Pahi beach. The city of Whangarei is just a 40 minute drive through the country roads on route to the woderful Bay Of Islands.
And makes a great base for all of the many beaches and sites of New Zealand for your holiday.

We are a (young at heart) retired couple both originating from the uk with family here in New Zealand and in England, we love to travel and frequently fly the 3 hours across to Australia on our travels.
Our home is a very homely, clean and well looked after home and we would like to exchange for a like property in the uk.
Our ideal is to find somewhere in either Surrey, Dorset, Kent, or Sussex.
