All rooms are air conditioned and have walk-in closets, private baths and ceiling fans. The property is surrounded by beautiful landscaping in a quiet and serene atmosphere.

Guavaberry Golf and Country Club is located 36 and 17 miles to the east of the city of Santo Domingo and the Las Americas Int'l airport respectively. It's a gated golf and beach community where its residents and visitors lounge for the tranquility and peace of their families in a safe and stress-free enviroment far from the hustle and bustle of city living. The property is nestled in 9,300 acres with a low density ratio of single family residences and condominiums; ammenities offered by Guavaberry Golf & Country Club are: 18 hole Gary Player designed golf course, country club with a cafeteria and fine dining restaurant, cigar lounge, gymnasium, meeting facilities, large swimming pool, large jacuzzi, 2 lighted tennis courts, 2 polo fields, and an equestrian center; additionally, access to Juan Dolio beach via a members only private beach club which can be reached by car or shuttle and is distant by approximately 3.5 miles. Juan Dolio beach is approx. 3.8 miles long and facing the caribbean sea, with many mid to low rise condominiums laying on its white sandy shores; there are also restaurants located on the beach or across from it, offering exquisite european home style cuisine (french, italian, spanish, swiss). We are a family of four (4), our oldest daughter is currently away attending college overseas; our son is a happy-go-lucky 6 year old, first grader, attending elementary school under the montessori educational system. My wife and I are middle age, she is an attorney and works in a family-owned business; I work for the commercial aviation industry, managing a mid-size company which provides service to the airline community operating in and out of the country.

Destination

Our dates are flexible as this is strictly a vacation home therefore, exchange does not has to be simultaneously. We prefer western/eastern europe, united states, argentina, chile, turks and caicos islands, and other southern caribbean islands however, we are open to listen to any offer.
