Maison

Our house is a luminous apartment at the third floor of a four stories building situated in a fine residential area.
The apartment has a living room, a small but very functional kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms a small studio and three small balconies.
It has been completely renovated in 2007 and the interiors are brand new.
One of the bedrooms has a double bed, the other two single beds.
The living room has two tables and a sofa for three.
The main bathroom has a tub with shower, toilet, bidet and a sink.
The small bathroom has a shower, all-in-one toilet/bidet and a sink.
The kitchen is small but completely equipped: two large sinks, a semi-professional cooker with two ovens (gas and electrical)

Among the amenities you'll find:
A/C, central heating, washer, microwave over, a semi-professional cooker/oven, computer, wifi and wired internet access, stereo,
free local and national (Italy) phone calls.

and a grill, dishwasher, microwave oven and fridge.
In the studio you'll find a computer with free internet access, there is network connection in every room ad wi-fi is also available.
There is a private garage where you can park your car (big bonus: parking in Rome can be a real nightmare!) and we can exchange our car.
There is a maid twice a week who cleans the house.

Quartier

The apartment is in a central residential area.
Within walking distance you can find three supermarkets, an open air market (perfect for fresh fruit and vegetables),
a pharmacy, a butcher, an exquisite cake shop and several restaurants.
Next to the house there is a take away restaurant (rosticceria) that cooks Italian dishes a pizzas.
Two bus stops and a tram (a light surface train) stop are 5/10 minutes walk away.
The historical center is at a twenty minute tram ride.
Five bus stops away there is Villa Phamphili, one of the largest public parks in Rome.

À propos de nous

We are a family of four: I (Fabio - 40) am chief technical officer of a small software house in Rome,
Alessia (my wife - 40) is a researcher in geophysics, our sons are Marco (8) and Clelia (7).

Destination

Presently we have a craving for sunny places a beaches, but we are open to all destinations.
