Plenty to entertain the children inc large trampoline, table tennis table, mountain bikes, a unicycle, Sky TV, DVD, Xbox 360, board games and mini scooters. 2 mins walk to railway station, 20 mins to city by train. All facilities -dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble drier. 1 master double bedroom with en suite, 1 double room with ensuite. 2 further bedrooms. Sofa bed in lounge. We are located in Khandallah, a pretty, leafy suburb of Wellington.

We have excellent access to the city centre, whilst enjoying the quiet leafy surroundings and the local village shops. There are some spectacular short walks to be enjoyed from the house, including the famous Mount Kau Kau and the stunning harbour views from the top. We are walking distance from 2 local parks with excellent facilities for children of all ages from large outdoor swimming pool and kiddie's playground to skateboard ramps. We are surrounded by many excellent mountain bike tracks. Very close to the cultural events, cinemas, theatres, and shops of Wellington. Only 15 mins drive to a variety of beautiful beaches-and coastal walks.
