In the heart of Collins Avenue, ocean front condominium, 1 large bedroom and 1 small one, 2 bathrooms, living and dining room, fully equipped kitchen, plenty of closets, inside washer and dryer, cable TV, WiFi Internet access, telephone, beautiful view to the pool and ocean, plenty of amenities like gym, library, auditorium, card room, elevator, covered parking, just steps away from the beach, sidewalk by the beach to practice jogging, walking, bike riding, roller blade.

Quartier

Great neighborhood, plenty of stores, supermarkets, American and International restaurants, cafeterias, hair salon; all just steps away, though all these conveniences it is very quite since the apartment faces the ocean.
20 minutes away from the Miami and Ft. Lauderdale airports, easily to reach by taxi, car, airport shuttle or bus (J Line); minutes away from Miami Bayside, downtown, arena, Lincoln Rd., South Beach, Bal Harbour, Aventura.

À propos de nous

This is a second home so the exchange doesn't have to be at the same time, except for the month of December. We speak Italian, English, Spanish and French, this one not fluent but enough to get by. I am looking an ocean location in Italy or France for the month of October as I would drive, though my husband is in a wheel chair doesn't necessarily has to be disabled ready as he still walks with help but have to avoid too many steps, better if on the ground property, rather pool than only beach, quite as this is my vacation and need to relax!
During the rest of the year I would be able to exchange depending on the dates, please feel free to contact me. I still travel by myself or with my 23 and 22 years old son and daughter who love to ski.

Destination

This could be a non-simultaneous exchange, the dates are flexible, would like to go to an ocean location near Northern Italy.
