Maison

We are a 71 yr old retired couple, with extended family, children and grand children, in Toronto, Boston,and Moncton, hence our repeated pilgrimage to travel and golf on our trips. We are leaving on 22/5/09 and arrive in Moncton about 3/6/09 leaving on about the 9/9/09, our house is in a quiet court, house is brick about 20 yrs mature, fully insulated, with lots of outdoor, covered entertainment areas, its 300 sqr mtrs, all floor area tiled, mood lighting, porcelaine Gesseppi Armani collection, in recycled wood cabinets and matching furniture, learther lounge and lazy boy reclining chairs, ceiling fans in all rooms, security system, steel mesh insect screens on doors and windows, 2 bedrooms, 1 office/ bedroom, 2 x bathrooms, no bed, 4 phones, broadband, internet and computer/printer, 2 x T.V.s and remote in kitchen, excellent appliences and white goods, close to all beaches 25 ks, all ammenities, medical centres busses, trains, shopping malls, beaches and mountains closeby, 12 golf courses from 7 ks to 35 ks, salt pool with spar and B.B.Q. and out door furniture, putting green, practise net, chipping target in pool with 100 floating balls, no mowing required, car 2006 Toyota 6 cyl fully loaded, electric golf cart and trailer for your use, multi-coloured lorrikeets, squabbling in the trees with galahs and cockatoos. Quartier

Our neighbours are few as the court has a new housing estate, set back 50 plus metres from the end, in there place is a vacant srtip along the side and at the rear which is new growth parkland, our immediate and only house is on the opposite side where a young store manager resides he and his visitors are excellent people, as is the Eagans couple opposite us for the last 15 years and good freinds and golfing parteners, the others are a mixture of old and new and we all get along O.K. The loacal bus goes past frequently about 4 houses away, there are small shops and services close by and 2 petrol stations, and 2 small shopping centres, schools and churches also in close proximity, as well as medical assistance, our suburb also boasts a very active commercial trades area, and many business memberships for community input, Rotary, Lions, Salvation Army to mention a few.

We met in 1977, both divorced and looking to start over, we were married in 1975 and had to manage somehow, so we started our own business as we had 12 children between us, 8 of them Elaines, the business prospered after a huge long struggle and we were able to sell it to our staff in 2005 to finance our late retirement, which we are now enjoying. Merve still works part time on commision only, very independently, representing golf carts and synthetic grasses and putting greens, sales and service, Lifes Good.

Destination

Moncton New Brunswick suburban or outer suburban 15 km radius, car available, 1 level only preferred, security system as we have, patio or outdoor area appreciated, barbecue if avilable, cable or satilite TV, telephone, and a sound house in respectable and prestine condition, and we are avid golfers with own gear with visitors membership at Maplewoods golf course Irishtown. We prefer a simultaneuos exchange for the reasons of security. We are only 2 senior people, with family and past lanlord in Moncton, as references, three months is our near maximum length of stay.
