Also has a small office space, wi-fi, flat screen TV with cable and additional TV. Washer and dryer. Weekly maid. Furnished and decorated with good taste.

In the Heart of the Historical City. Close to shops,historical sites, Restaurants and the beach. Perfect for a long getaway, sabbatical or if doing business in Puerto Rico.

Old San Juan is one of the oldest colonial cities in America, yet is has a vibrant athmosphere. Everything you'll need is walking distance: post office, supermarket, pharmacies, shops, historical sites, galleries, restaurants and the beach!

I am a Producer establishing new ventures in Los Angeles. in the past three years I've been back and forth working between LA and Puerto Rico. Now I will need to stay in LA for a longer period of time. I am looking for a home swap until December.

Destination

Dates are Flexible. But will need to stay until Christmas. Possible car exchange also available.

Exchange for a Two bedroom house or apartment in West Hollywood or Beverly Hills and adjacent areas. Open to negotiation.
