Located in Boynton Beach Florida, kosher two bedroom condominium, beautiful paradise style neighborhood, extremely quiet, perfect place to recover from anything, fully loaded main clubhouse complete with kiddie pool, large pool, jacuzzi, 24 hour gym, beauty spa and several "restaurants". There are three 18 hole golf courses with electric golf carts and golf clubs available for rent, and 22 tennis courts with rackets and ball machines for rent. Located ten minutes by car to the Atlantic Ocean and the tourist town of Delray Florida which has shopping, cafes and night life activities. The condo is completely furnished including two bikes and a smaller clubhouse/swimming pool is in view from the kitchen window. There is a screened balcony with furniture, all linens are included, televisions, computer and air conditioning also included. The smaller clubhouse has pool and ping pong tables and is designed to have small parties. Supermarkets are well stocked with kosher foods, Florida has approximately 3 million Jews. Miami is a 45 minute drive south, there is train service and taxi service available. Twenty minutes north is a 500 acre drive through open safari zoo with animals wandering free, and twenty minutes south is a putt putt golf/movie/game/go cart park great for kids. The area also has air boat rides through the everglades.

Quartier

The condo is located in a gated community of approx 1200 families. Sixty percent of the residents are retired but very physically active and ninety five percent of the residents are Jewish. Synagogues are plentiful but most people drive because of the heat. After Passover most of the residents move to their "other" homes in various states and return after Succot to spend the winter months in Florida. From May until November the area is extremely quiet but there is normal city activity outside of the gated community and everything is available, also everything is available inside the gated community. Bring a camera the scenery is beautiful and the property is very well maintained with trees, flowers, wildlife.

The exchange will include two adults, one small hypoallergenic dog. Two daughters are in the IDF and may join us for a few days in Israel, or maybe only one parent will be traveling to Israel. No smokers, we keep kosher, but are not orthodox. We golf, bike, and walk, occasionally go to the beach. We (the adults) are English speakers with knowledge of Hebrew. Employed in the financial world, interested in photography, exercise and health, and we like to socialize with friends and neighbors.

Destination

The exchange can be non-simultaneous dates, our condo is available 365 days per year, we prefer the Jerusalem area. We need a kosher kitchen, completely furnished, grocery shopping, cafes, etc. nearby, and sleeps four people capacity. Apartment must allow a small dog that does not shed (hypoallergenic). We prefer two bathrooms, but not necessary. Walking and parks close by, as well as bus and taxi availability. We do not need a television, but a computer with internet is acceptable.
