Cosy wooden semi cottage in one of sydney's finest locations.The cottage is compact in nature with both bedrooms being 4x4 m , an open plan kitchen lounge and dining area and a 3x3 m bathroom.The bedrooms both have adequate wardrobe ,storage space and double beds.A bright open plan area dominates the centre of the cottage with french doors openiing off the lounge into a courtyard 2x6 m and doors leading off the kichen onto a 4x5 m courtyard.The bathroom has a 1x1 m shower wash basin and WC.

The neighbourhood is best describe as being a village with all the usual amenities within 5 minutes walk .Balmain is well endowed with parks with most of which hug sydneys harbour foreshore where views of two of sydneys iconic buildings may be viewed namely the harbour bridge and opera house.Restaurants bars cafes and boutique shops line the main darling street which runs down to a ferry terminal which services Darling Harbour and Circular Quay.A 5 minute taxi ,10 minute bus or 30minute walk will take you to the heart of Sydneys CBD where numerous facilities may be found and enjoyed.

Destination

Would only consider homes any where in Italy and in Scotland in Glasgow -Edinburgh and any locations North.
The house in Sydney will be vacant during the months of July August and September so the dates for exchange are fexible.The fact that two exchanges of 4-6 weeks would be considered and will impact on flexiblity.
