Maison

Our home is 2 years old, It won the builders assoc award for the best new home in Kamloops for 2006. It's beautiful and elegant but not stuffy.
We live at Sun Rivers Golf Resort ( there is a www.com ) which is built on a mountainside overlooking downtown Kamloops. All services are within a 5 minute drive. Sun Rivers has an award winning championship golf course, walking trails, and a beautiful restaurant with great food.
We are early retired empty nesters. We have a mature Persian which we can board out or you can pet - your choice.
We have a 2008 Lexus RX350 to exchange for immediate area use.
We have done 2 dozen exchanges so know how to make it smooth.
We also exchange our Phoenix area home.

Quartier

Sun Rivers is only minutes from downtown and all the services a 90,000 city has to offer, yet it has a rural, countryside feel; we think the best of both!
It has marvelous views, great food, walking trails,relaxed friendly people, and championship golf.
Kamloops has 366 lakes within a 1 hr drive, so fishing is a favorite of many. There are 2 boating lakes within 45 minutes. Kamloops is known for it's semi arid, sunny summers and mild winters.
