This cozy 2 bedroom 2 bath loft is located on Atlantic Ave. in the heart of Delary, located within walking distance of downtown Delray shoppes and nightlife. 1,200 sq. ft, this spacious loft boasts 11.5 ft. ceilings with exposed piping to accent the contemporary South Florida decor. It's located on the 3rd floor (top) of a retail complex. The bottom floor is retail, second floor offices, and 3rd floor lofts. There is an excellent Thai restaurant located on the first floor and a market and other shoppes located in our sister building next door.

Quartier

Delray Beach is a small, quaint city located in southern Palm Beach. The city is a major hotspot for South Florida nightlife and shopping and is located within 20 minutes of West Palm Beach, 30 minutes of Ft. Lauderdale, and about 45 minutes of South Beach. The main beach in Delray is located within 3 miles of the loft, a beautiful beach with upscale beachy restaurants. Delray Beach caters to young professionals and wealthy entrepreneurs. Exquisite mansions hug the beach located just 3 miles east of the loft. It's an excellent place to stay for anyone who wants to experience South Florida style!

My name is Matt and I live in the loft with my buddy Nick. I manage the South Florida market for a beverage company and Nick owns a contemporary dry cleaner located on the first floor of the building. We're heavily involved in the South Florida nightlife scene are regulars at social functions. We're looking to take in some countryside relaxation and cultural stimulation by traveling abroad.

Destination

I'd prefer to stay in the quiet, cultural countryside located within traveling distance of major cultural and social attractions.
