We have a luxury apartment in Sea Point Cape Town available for exchange. It has lovely sea views and is situated on the Cape Town Hop-on-hop-off Tourist Bus route (the bus stop is accross the street). Restaurants and Supermarkets close by. Secure parking available. Quartier

Sea Point is located within 15 km range from the Cape Town CBD, The V&A Waterfront. Clifton Beach and Bantry Bay is within walking distance. Stroll safely on the pathways next to the sea and enjoy sunsets from the 6th floor apartment. As this is our holiday home, home exchanges does not have to be simultaneously. We are also availble to show you around Cape Town in you could do the same in your country.

I'm 50 years old, married to Irene. I have sold my business in 2008 and we are looking at opportunities to see the world. We have 2 kids (currently students). Both our parents emigrated from the Netherlands during the 1950's. We love to visit Europe (especially the Netherlands) but would like to visit other countries too.

I have an accounting background and love to read, travel and watch sports. We have a wide musical interest (from classical to light pop) and I also collect stamps.
