A nice and cosy one-bedroom flat in the centre of Paris, with a fully equipped kitchen, a living-room with a sofa-bed, TV, Internet in WiFi, and a piano for musicians, a bathroom, and a nice view on a quiet patio.
The appartement is located at 10 minutes from the 'Place de la République' and 15 minutes from the famous 'Hotel de Ville' on the Rue de Rivoli.

Quartier

Safe, Lively and artistic area, with every comodities down the road : baker, butcher, epicerie, french restaurants, pharmacist, post-office, fitness room etc.
Metros and buses are at 5 minutes walk.

À propos de nous

As a 27 year-old consultant, I spend most of my time away from home. I made of my appartement a real quiet and peaceful home sweet home where I can rest after work.
When I have some time free, I play the piano, go to the gym club or read.
And when I have more than 3 days time free, I go travelling.

French, English and Spanish fluently spoken.

Destination

Definitely would like to travel just after Christmas 2008 (from 28th dec to 2-3 jan 09). Favourite locations would be New-York or St Petersburg (Russia)
