Maison

We offer a large home centrally situated in one of New Zealands most stunning cities.

The house has 3-4 bedrooms and several living areas with commanding city and area views.

The house is well equipped with most mod cons, bathroom, separate shower, two toilets, dishwasher, two TVs , internet.



Quartier

Its a popular neighbourhood in the best part of town!

Its just a short walk to the town centre, cafes and beaches. You wont need a car to get about town, but a car swap is possible.



À propos de nous

We are a semi retired couple with adult children. At the time of writing this our two daughters are in the UK, and our son works offshore as a geologist with an oil exploration company.
My wife works part time as a surgeons admistration manager, and I work, also part time,as an advisor to an oil company.


Both of us are keen skiers and outdoor walkers and cyclists.

Destination

We are looking for a long term stay as we want to travel to Scotland for a week or so, and and then to Austria at the conclusion of our stay for a part of the ski season.. Jan or Feb.

A warm house or apartment in North London, or Oxfordshire offering easy access to Heathrow and/or Stansted Airports would be our 1st preference.
