Fully fitted country style Kitchen with seperate Utility Room (all usual white goods i.e. dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer) Landscapped gardens with out door seating area (for those lazy summer Irish evenings!). Pond with tropical fish. Flood lit garden at night.

My neighbourhood is located approx. 5min drive from town. Far enough to be quiet but near enough to get a pint of Milk - Perfect! There are neighbours on either side of the house who are very friendly and always willing to share a bottle of wine, should the occassion arrise! Catholic Church 2min walk. Located at the foot of the Ballyhoura Mountains which are only a 10min drive away which are beautiful for walking & cycling excursions. The local village has numerous Historical Sites and are well worth a visit e.g. Catholic Chuch, Abbey, Cemetery Castle etc.. Our home is ideally located for access to all the major tourist Cities e.g. Kerry, Cork & Limerick. Nearest Airport is Shannon approx. 1.5hrs, Cork approx. 2hrs & Dublin approx. 3hrs.

My husband Stephen (30yrs) is in the Irish Army while I am an Office Manager for a Chemical Distribution Company in the City. We have no children but two dogs (who will be in the Kennels at the time of exchange).

Destination

Dates are flexible. We would prefer to be loacted in the Gulf of Mexico location i.e. Clearwater, Dunedin etc., but again we are flexible in locations.
