Two double bedrooms and bathroom on first floor with TV and telephone points. En-suite bedroom on 2nd floor . with TV and telephone points.Traditionally furnished - not cluttered.
Dishwasher, tumble dryer, washing machine, fridge and freezer.
large garage and parking alongside.

Quartier

Very quiet location within 15 minutes walk from Skipton town centre. No through traffic. This is an historic market town - gateway to the Yorkshire Dales which has lovely castle, canal and attractive market. Buses to Harrogate, Ilkley and Leeds 5mins. walk from house.
Train station one mile -access to famous scenic Settle-Carlisle line .
Very suitable for people who enoy exploring the limestone countryside of the Dales, but also the Bowland Fells, Howgill Fells and the Lake District. Outdoor activities in plenty - including caving mountain biking, horse riding and rambling. There is a small amateur theatre, a cinema and a varietyof events (concerts etc) are held in the Cattle Market!

I am a retired and divorced physiotherapist who has 3 children - all happily partnered and I have 4 grand children. Have worked all over this country and abroad.Very much enjoying this stage in life. Am a member of the U3A who welcome visitors. Skipton U3A has a thriving walking group who venture to all parts of the north of England. I am currently applying to lead walks for HF holidays.Enjoy meeting new people, learning new music, finding new places .and reading However I am also happy in my own company for a moderate amount of time so look forward to finding a peacefully situated exchange where I might explore the countryside.
