Maison

Our home is furnished in a cosy modern style with arabian touch. Clean of course, and bright well lit.
It is situated 3 underground stops from the central station (München Hauptbahnhof) in the famous München-Schwabing. (Stop Hohenzollernplatz). A direct museum-busline brings you to the art-museums of all epoches.
It is our home so the kitchen ecc. are well furnished. The second sleeping room has one couch-bed. So it offers space for 2 adults (First Sleepingroom with doublebed 180x200) with 1 child.
When we have guests they also feel the inviting warm and respectful atmosphere for which we love our home.

Quartier

Next to our house you find all shops for a convenient stay. All kinds of supermarkets, drugstores, bakery and bio-organic shops.

Our house is situated in a small calm little street where children can play on the street or in the park. Not even 5 minutes walk to the famous green Olympiapark for nice walks or just relax.
Many of our neighbours became our friends. They are open minded and take respectfully care of our environment.

My name is Dagmar (40+, office-organizer). I am austrian and lived for several years in Bologna, Italy.
My husband Charly (50+, owner of a consulting firm) was born in Cologne.
Charly´s son Felix (15) lives with his mother near our house and spends all weekends, but only few of our holidays (town-visits bore him) with us. He is respectful and luckily listens to his hiphop-music with his ipod.

We live in Munich for more than 20 years so we can give you advices equal to your interests in town or for the beautiful surroundings of Bavaria.

Last year we had a wonderful exchange with a wonderful family in Rome. We have a big passion for Italy. Scrivete pure in italiano…But we are opened for all offers in Europe! Surprise us.
