Maison

Our home is a recently built bungalow with all mod cons.
It is bright, spacious and peaceful and is about a mile from two small villages in the lovely countryside of Wexford.

The ground floor is spacious and includes living room, conservatory, kitchen, utility room, computer room, gym, main bathroom, main bedroom and ensuite shower room.
There are large lcd tv's in living room and kitchen, access to sky+, home cinema and broadband internet.

Kitchen and utility room possess all mod cons including washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezers, tumble dryer.

Upstairs is another bathroom, living space with tv, and 3 further bedrooms. One with double and single bed, one with 2 single beds and the other with a single bed.

Quartier

We are surrounded by open countryside and are on a quiet road, so there are nice views to the sea and good walks or cycles as long as you are feeling fit enough to get back up the hills!

The beaches of Blackwater, Kilmuckridge and Curracloe are 10-15 mins drive.

The nearest large town is Enniscorthy (10-15mins) located on the River Slaney which has excellent shopping facilities, cinema, swimming pool and fitness centre, tourist attractions including the famous vinegar Hill, restaurants and golf.

A 20 minute drive will get you into the larger town of Wexford and all its attractions.

A drive to Dublin takes about an hour and a half.

À propos de nous

There will be 4 of us travelling.

We are both in our forties, I do horticultural work with people who have special needs and my husband is a Plumber.

We will be bringing our 10 and 16 year old sons with us.

Ideally we would like to go on holiday from around 28 July for 2 weeks but we are flexible on dates.
The South of France is where we would really like to get to so we can get to Spain and if we're feeling really adventurous maybe Italy too.

This exchange thing is all new to us but it seems a great idea to get away and still have all the comforts of home!

I can speak a little French and my husband speaks some Spanish.

For this Summer we are hoping to get an exchange in the South of France or Northern Spain.
We are open to other offers as well.
There is also some flexibility with the dates.
