hiya,im susan,im a single hard working parent to nine year old emmajane,i have the summer off when my daughters off school so would prefer exchanges durin this time or christmas.
my cottage is 15 minutes to the heart of dublin with a bustop right outside my door,the cottage has two bedrooms,bath with shower etc..
decked backyard with seating for that afternoon glass of wine,local village pub and restaurant just a 5 minute walk..child friendly but great for adults looking for a central retreat also.

Quartier

small village,my neighbour is the local shop owner,lady in her fifties and thats it-it has a quiet feel with everyone knowing each other.
for people coming from far away the police station is 2 seconds from my cottage so you will always feel secure in knowing if you need advice on buses or just a chat they are near.
other than that the area is quiet and a lovely place to be and stay.

i am susan,im 32 i work hard in a very popular dublin hotel group.
my daughter emmajane who is nine in september will be travelling with me.
i like to write in my spare time so id love somewhere quiet but close to the buzz for my daughter.
i am a non smoker also.

Destination

id love an exchange in central newyork city as i lived there and have friends i dont get to see that often who are lawyers in the city.
open to offers though.
