Maison

Our apartment is ideally situated in Mougins le Haut, a village just 6km away from Cannes. It’s just a 10 mn drive to reach the nearest beaches.

Our home is a 100 sqm 3 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms ( 1 with a bath tube, the other with a shower ).
We have 2 double bedrooms and the study can be used as a guest room as it holds a sofa-bed.

You will enjoy the 2 large terraces for your summer meals.

Facilities include a dishwasher, a washing machine / dryer, wireless broadband. Swimming pool and 4 tennis courts available at no charge within the residence.

We can also leave you one of our cars, a Peugeot 307 SW or a Suzuki SX4 4WD.

Quartier

Mougins le Haut is a quiet residential area in pine woods, 5km away from the beach and the main touristic attractions.
A small grocery, a bakery , a doctor and a pharmacy are just at a 2mn walk from the apartment. 4 tennis courts and a swimming pool are also available, free of charge.

There are many things to do in our beautiful sunny region : sea activities, golf , of course, but the nearby mountains offer many possibilities : trekking, canyoning, ski in winter…
You will also enjoy the typical Provence small villages and towns, the trendy and busy Cannes restaurants, bars.

À propos de nous

We are Sophie and Michaël, aged 35 with no children , both working in the nearby French Telecom Valley, Sophia Antipolis.

We love travelling and we are fond of outdoor activities (skiing, canyoning, trekking and horseriding). We are both very careful people and promise to take care of your home as if it was ours.

If you don’t bother, you can also take care of Tina, our young kitten. If that’s a problem for you, alternative arrangements can be made. If you have one or several cats, we will in return be very happy to take care of them.
