The apartment features one bedroom with queen size bed and a small balcony and the second one with a single bed one the room with large couch, desk, TV,upstair bright and inviting eat-in kitchen with all amenities including, dishwasher and TV; two bathrooms with toilet, showers, washer and dryer.
Fresco on the ceiling.
4th floor without elevator.
It is situated in the central area of Florence (Toscana, 5 km from the airport of Florence or 45 minuts by bus or train from Pisa airport; city bus stop and taxi area just in front of the building.
Supermarket in 10 min.

Quartier

The building is situated in a central area, Porta Romana, just in front of one entrance of Giardino di Boboli.
Really green and nice.
Easily to reach and in the neighborhood there are restaurants, caffee, internet point, supermarket.
Daily market at Santo Spirito Square, about 10 minuts walking from the apartment.

Hello,
I am 34y.o. and I live in Berlin, my apartment is situated in Florence, my own city.
I am use to do exchange for me and my partner or for my parents who are both retired who have a lot of time to enjoy and travel.
We are all no smoking and we would like to exchange with no smoking people.
